Our adults program offers all the things a mixed martial arts gym would offer: The cutting-edge techniques of MMA-Fighters, utilizing elements of Tae-Kwon-Do, Boxing, Muay-Thai, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, strength and conditioning, plus self defense moves and weapons disarming techniques used in special forces, all taught in a friendly, safe, fun, educational and low key learning atmosphere.

    Life can be very busy and hectic. Regular exercise is shown to relieve stress, and being able to get that exercise surrounded by a supportive community can go a long way to to keep you motivated. A great way to relieve stress from your daily routine and get away from and forget about the outside world (bills, house, work, etc.,) is to take one of our adult classes! Wether your intrested in self defence or fitness, our adult classes are a great place to relieve stress in a fun and low-key environment.
